When will my order be shipped?
We will always ship your order the same day if you ordered before 2 pm and the product is in stock. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next working day.
For certain product groups (some kids T-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, ...) we have no or only a very limited stock due to low demand. These are then prepared for you on demand. You will then receive the statement “Backordered” behind the product in your order confirmation. This means that your order can take no more than 1 to 2 days longer.

Bicycle delivery: Bicycle delivery is possible for Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent
For Antwerp: ordered before noon is delivered to your home within 48 hours
For Brussels and Ghent: ordered before Wednesday 12 am is delivered the following Friday. (So if you order on Thursday your order will be delivered the following Friday 😉

During the ordering process you can calculate the shipping costs on the basis of the address you have provided.
Canceling an order is possible up to 3 days after the date of placing the order and before the order has been shipped.
Returns / cooling off period
With a consumer purchase you have a cooling off period of 14 days, starting on the day of delivery, to return the product without giving any reason.
The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging and after communication via e-mail with email@example.com. The package must reach us in good condition. The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. If he wants an exchange, The Vandal will send the new product free of charge.
If you wish, The Vandal will refund the entire purchase price, if already paid, excluding the shipping costs charged.
All cancellations and exchanges must be made known to us in writing (via email: firstname.lastname@example.org). You must state your full name, account number (IBAN and BIC / Swift number) and order or invoice number.
PLEASE NOTE: the account number you provide for reimbursement must be the same as the account number with which you made the payment to The Vandal; any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 30 days.
We are not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for the orderly packaging and sending of a return shipment!
