Shipping and Returns

When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order before 2 p.m. and all items are in stock, your package will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Due to low demand, we have little to no stock of certain product categories (such as some kids“ T-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, etc.). These items will be printed for you after you place your order. In your order confirmation, you’ll see the note ”On hold” next to the product. This means your order will take an additional 1 to 2 days to arrive.

Shipping methods in Belgium

For Belgium, customers can choose from various shipping methods.

Home delivery:

• Price: €5
• We ask a small contribution for shipments under € 100.

Pickup location:

• Price: €5
• During checkout, choose one of the 1,000 GLS pickup points.

Bicycle delivery:

Bicycle delivery is possible for Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent

• Price: €8.50
• For Antwerp: ordered before noon is delivered to your home within 48 hours
• For Brussels and Ghent: orders placed by noon on Monday will be delivered the following Thursday. (So if you order on Tuesday, your order will be delivered the following Thursday.)
• 100% calves 0% emissions 

Shipping methods in the EU

We ship via bpost, GLS, or DPD, depending on which carrier offers the most affordable and best service to your address.

• Free delivery within The Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Germany for orders of €100.
• Free delivery starting at €150 for the remainder of the European Union.

Shipping costs depend on the destination. During the ordering process, you can calculate the shipping costs based on the address you provide.

Return policy

Cancel

You can cancel an order up to 3 days after the order was placed, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Returns/Cooling-Off Period/Cancellation

For consumer purchases, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, starting on the day of delivery, to cancel your purchase and return the product without giving a reason.

The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging and after communication via email with sales@thevandal.be. The package must reach us in proper condition. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. If the latter wants an exchange, The Vandal will send the new product free of charge.

If you wish, The Vandal will refund the entire purchase price, if already paid, excluding the shipping costs charged.

Would you like to request a cancellation, exchange, or return?

• In your account you can go to your order and request a refund there for that product or the entire order.
• Don't have an account, Please fill out our return and cancellation form in.

We are not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for the orderly packaging and sending of a return shipment!
