Mont Ventoux, one of the most legendary climbs in the history of cycling and a personal challenge for many. At 1910 meters, this lone giant towers over the Vaucluse. The climb from Bédoin stretches for a whopping 21.4 kilometers, with an average gradient of an impressive 7.5%. Combined with the always powerful winds, this makes it one of the most challenging climbs in Europe. Not surprisingly, the list of winners includes some of the biggest names in cycling, such as Merckx, Thevenet, Pantani, Froome and WVA. The iconic view of the bald giant, with its distinctive weather station at the summit, is more than enough reason for a tribute on cotton.
