Order on a business day before 2:00 p.m. and is the product in stock? Then send we your package same day yet! 🚚

Orders on weekends or holidays we send on the next business day.

For some products, such as collabs, we work with print on demand. This means that they are made especially for you, making the processing time slightly longer (usually 2-3 additional days). This is always listed with the product itself.

Should an unexpected stock problem or additional delay are, then we'll let you in on this 3 to 4 days know. 😊

We ship your package with GLS, bpost or DPD, whichever is the best and most economical option at the time.

Yes you can but before it has been shipped. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel it and you have to send it back to us yourself.

Check your order and take within 14 days after receipt contact at sales@thevandal.be with your order information and photos of the item received. Make sure the product is unworn and in the original packaging sits before you return it.

In case of an exchange, we will send the correct product free of charge to you! 😊

You have 14 days reflection period after delivery. The product must unworn and in the original packaging returned.

At a return it becomes purchase amount repaid, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days on the same account.

The customer is responsible for proper packaging and shipping. We are not liable for lost returns.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please report it as soon as possible via our return form > [Link return form]. You have until maximum two months after delivery time to report any defects in writing.

Make sure that the product unworn is and in the original packaging zit before you return it. Upon receipt and review of your return, if the complaint is valid, we will return the item replaced free of charge or provide an appropriate solution.

At exchange we send the new product free of charge to you!
