If you have received a damaged or defective item, please report it as soon as possible via our return form > Return form. You have until maximum two months after delivery time to report any defects in writing.
Make sure that the product unworn is and in the original packaging zit before you return it. Upon receipt and review of your return, if the complaint is valid, we will return the item replaced free of charge or provide an appropriate solution.
At exchange we send the new product free of charge to you!
