When will my order be shipped?
When ordered before 2 PM and if the ordered product(s) is in stock, we will ship your order the same day. Orders made on weekend- or holidays will be shipped the next working day. For some product groups (some kids T-shirts, sweaters, hoodies) we have only limited stock. These products are made on order for you. In the order confirmation e-mail you will see a remark “Backordered”. Your order will take 1 or 2 days extra to produce. We ask for a small contribution for deliveries under €50. You will receive a free The Vandal postal card in return!

Cancellation of your order is possible when done within 3 days after ordering and before the order has been shipped.
Return / Cooling-Off Period
Regarding a consumer purchase you have a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days during which you can return the article without stating grounds or reasons, starting on the day of delivery. Before returning products please notify us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in which you report your wish to return the product. The article can only be returned when unused and in the original packaging and only when The Vandal has been informed via e-mail. The customer is responsible for the appropriate packaging and returning of the articles. We cannot take responsibility for missing return packages. The costs of returning the package are for the customer. If the customer wants to switch items, The Vandal will pay for the shipment of the new item. If you wish we will refund the complete purchase price (when you have already paid) except the shipment costs. All cancellations and exchanges need to be done in writing (through e-mail: email@example.com). Make sure to include your full name, account number with IBAN and BIC/Swift, and the order/invoice number. Attention: The Vandal will refund the money to the used payment method.
