We verkopen via drie kanalen: onze webshop en events (B2C),<br>fietswinkels en multibrandstores (B2B) en custom kledij voor teams en atleten.<br>We zijn een klein, hecht team waar iedereen mee aan het stuur zit. Om onze groei te dragen,<br>zoeken we iemand die de backoffice stevig in handen neemt en mee de fundamenten van het<br>bedrijf bouwt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jouw functie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Backoffice &amp; Operations Co\u00f6rdinator ben je de spil tussen verkoop, productie, magazijn en<br>financi\u00ebn. Je zorgt dat elk order vlot van bestelling tot betaling loopt, over alle kanalen heen.<br>Geen dag is dezelfde: de ene ochtend plan je productie in, de namiddag zet je een nieuwe collectie<br>in Exact of bereid je een event voor. Polyvalentie is hier geen extraatje, het is de kern van de job.<br>Je denkt mee over hoe het beter en effici\u00ebnter kan, en je helpt mee om processen te structureren<br>en te automatiseren naarmate we groeien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jouw verantwoordelijkheden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-indent:24px\">Klanten &amp; orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nieuwe klanten aanmaken en klantgegevens correct beheren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders ingeven en opvolgen, inclusief backorders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom orders voor teams en atleten verwerken, van offerte tot levering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het volledige order2cash-proces bewaken: van bestelling tot ontvangen betaling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-indent:24px\">Collectie, productie &amp; aankoop<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nieuwe collecties aanmaken in Exact: producten, prijslijsten en tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Productie inplannen in overleg met design en productie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aankopen van A tot Z: bestellen, opvolgen van leveringen en ontvangsten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Magazijnverplaatsingen correct registreren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-indent:24px\">Financi\u00ebn &amp; rapportering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Facturatie over alle kanalen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit control: openstaande facturen opvolgen en klanten herinneren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rapportering opmaken en opvolgen: omzettracking (sprint file), commissieberekening en klanten leveranciersoverzichten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700;text-indent:24px\">Ev\u00e9nements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Praktische en logistieke voorbereiding van events en beurzen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jouw profiel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je bent een echte duizendpoot: je schakelt vlot tussen administratie, logistiek, cijfers en<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>klantencontact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook als het druk wordt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je neemt initiatief, ziet zelf wat er moet gebeuren en houdt van processen die kloppen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-pakket (Exact is een plus) en werkt vlot met Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt ervaring in een backoffice-, order- of supply-chainfunctie, bij voorkeur in retail, fashion of<br>sport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een sterke troef.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je draagt de fietssport en sterke merken een warm hart toe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je bent nieuwsgierig naar tools en AI om je werk slimmer aan te pakken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat we bieden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een gevarieerde, voltijdse job met veel verantwoordelijkheid in een groeiend merk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De kans om mee de fundamenten en processen van een scale-up uit te bouwen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een klein, gedreven team met korte lijnen en ruimte voor jouw idee\u00ebn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een marktconform loon, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personeelskorting op de collectie van The Vandal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Werkplaats: Antwerpen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:italic;font-weight:800\">Interesse?
