Fleece jackets <\/strong>we wear everywhere these days: around town, at the office and to a party. The Vandal was eager to get back to the basics of those fleece jacket<\/strong>, and made it again 'outdoor<\/strong>'. With this fashionable coat, you can pick up the kids from school, but still pull out especially into nature<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Commuting and bikepacking<\/h3>\n

Most of The Vandal's designs start from the needs of the cyclist. As cyclists and adventurers, we felt the need for a nice jacket that allows us to ride through all kinds of weather. A jacket warm enough to brave the Belgian weather during the morning commute to work, and sturdy enough to bikepack for weeks in the mountains.<\/p>\n

A number of extensive testing phases resulted in the final jacket. It is one of our favorite pieces ever, thanks to the combination of technical materials with The Vandal vibe.<\/p>\n

Technical and trendy<\/h3>\n

We made the upper from the particularly insulating material \"softgel. Softgel is breathable yet water repellent. The rest of the exterior is made of high-quality sherpa fleece in black or white, but on the inside the softgel runs all the way through. This makes the jacket completely windproof. The zippers are also waterproof, of course, and with two front pockets, you'll always have your essentials within easy reach. The hidden pocket at the back is a nod to the traditional cycling jerseys that The Vandal loves so much.<\/p>\n

New outdoor collection<\/h3>\n

The\u00a0fleece jacket<\/a>\u00a0blows along with the\u00a0fleece sweater<\/a>\u00a0a breath of fresh air for The Vandal's outdoor collection. Founder Toon plans to continue expanding that technical collection in the coming years with pieces he would wear himself. \"I've found that we make the very best pieces when we design based on our own style and our own needs. On this fleece jacket we are really very proud. The technicality still makes it different from the fleeces already on the market.\"\u00a0<\/p>\n

The\u00a0<\/em>Outdoor Fleece Jacket<\/em><\/a>\u00a0is completely designed and made in Europe. The pieces are available from XS to XXL and fit all genders.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n
